Geraldine McGrath brings MentorNet over 20 years' experience as a corporate attorney and skilled negotiator for private and public technology companies. As a General Counsel to technology companies, Geraldine garnered expertise in domestic and international technology licensing in traditional, SaaS and SaaP licensing environments, public offerings, private equity placements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, outsourcing, and domestic and international employment law. Most recently she served as counsel to PalmSource and

Kabira Technologies and currently advises several technology start-ups, serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and is an adjunct professor at the San Francisco Law School - Alliant International University.

More importantly, Geraldine brings her commitment to mentoring and education. In addition to on‑the job mentoring of employees, Geraldine served on the Menttium 100SM Mentor Panel, an organization with the mission to advance woman professionals. As an adjunct professor at an opportunity law school dedicated to diversity in the legal profession she mentors her students to see them through the

challenges of law school and the California bar examination. Geraldine was instrumental in founding a charter school that provides a rigorous college-preparatory program for the diverse students of Oakland.
