Robin Evitts

Robin is Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal, Business Consulting in San Francisco. Robin specializes in delivering transformational business performance improvements. Her primary areas of concentration are finance, corporate governance and information technology.

Robin's notable consulting assignments include evaluating and supporting philanthropic organizations and their grantees with technology innovations for teacher professional development programs, driving performance improvement within finance and IT

 

organizations, and creating strategic roadmaps (functional capability and IT roadmaps). Robin has worked with clients across various industries, including consumer goods manufacturing, retail, distribution, non-profit/K-12 education and health care.

Prior to joining A&M, Robin spent 7 years with The Clorox Company in Oakland, CA, where she most recently served for 5 years as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Clorox, Ms. Evitts spent 15 years at Deloitte & Touche, most recently as a partner in Oakland, delivering internal audit programs for clients and advising Audit Committees on corporate governance matters while leading the Northern

California Consumer Goods Enterprise Risk Services practice.

Robin earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana), and she is a CPA (inactive) in California. Robin has served as Chairman of the IT Committee of the Grocery Manufacturers' Association, West Region leader for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and President of the San Francisco IIA chapter. She is actively involved with Girls Incorporated of Alameda County as a Board member – 1st Vice President and Audit Committee chairman.
